The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was varied and fresh, really good! Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is nice. Room had air conditioning, microwave, fridge, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Loved the fitness centre too.

The staff here are super nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was actually excellent! My room was clean, but it could've used more lighting.

The rate was to high for the location and TV cable kept going out.

Our room was really nice, had two big beds, and all the things we needed. 🛏️ The breakfast was good too. We paid $145 for the room. The staff was friendly and gave us good tips for our trip.

Rebecca the employee on shift for morning breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was very nice. Liked atmosphere in the lobby/breakfast area.

I was there because of a tragedy in my family and arrived at around 9:00 p.m. I had to call for bedding for fold out sofa and make it up myself. I am 74 and was tired and felt this should have bee a service offered. Sofa is very old and in need of changing out for new one. Was not used to Hampton Inn having outside access to rooms and did not like this. All in all did not fill this Hampton Inn was up to standards of Hampton Inns I have visited in the past.

Rowdy guests near our room. Arguing at all hours. They constantly moved a chair up and down the passageway. Saturday night.

The hotel had super friendly employees on shift. The location was convenient, close to shopping stores, shops, and many good restaurants. The parking lot was well-lighted and had ample space to park. The rooms were updated and impressive, with double full beds.

The check in was a mess because the desk attendent would not charge the rooms to the individuals staying in the rooms. I reserved the rooms for these guests stating the names the rooms were for but gave my card as requested on line. The attendent stated that I paid for the rooms thru Booked.net and hotel would be paid from Booked.net as well. Each of the guests in turn would have to pay me back. I checked with my Visa provider before I left and no charge had been made at the time. Not a happy camper How should I handle this type of reservation in the future?

Exceptionally friendly hotel that has welcoming staff on shift. The room is immaculately clean and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Great to have central heating, pay TV and a microwave. It is comfortably located, the area is great short walk to shopping center and many good restaurants and shopping stores near by-the parking lot is well lighted and enough place to park. Also, it's located 3 miles from Wyomia Tyus Olympic Park.
